The mission of the Inclusion and Equity Division is to provide leadership in the development and implementation of a university-wide integrated approach to enhancing the intercultural competency of students, faculty and staff.

The Vice President for Inclusion and Equity leads the university in its dedication to inclusion and equity, and leads the work of creating an environment in which all can succeed and be informed by diversity of perspectives and people.
