Centralized purchasing best practice for computer lab, copy center, and bathroom papers. Environmentally preferred papers identified and given priority listing in office supplies online order site. Participating in West MI Sustainable Purchasing Consortium paper contract.

GVSU includes the section listed below in all RFP's; RFP response form requires bidders to identify environmentally preferred paper products; vendor awarded contract required to provide product specification sheets, participation and spend reports; procurement staff interact regularly with vendor account representatives.
