A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:

Telepresence at Grand Valley State University has been expanded beyond the use of commuting. In the past year the Sustainable Community Reinvestment Fund has provided support for numerous telepresence conference rooms on campus. These rooms are outfitted with the latest technology to ensure audio and video quality. The conference rooms are being used to conduct the first round of job interviews and virtual meetings. In the first round of interviews alone, the systems enabled 10 virtual interviews and over $10k in avoided costs.
