Human Resources utilizes the Great Colleges to Work for Survey as well as the annual Campus Climate survey. They also have informal staff and faculty assemblies.

The holiday schedule was modified because of the Staff Assembly feedback to Human Resources and responses received from the annual Campus Climate Survey.
