A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:

The Director of Sustainability gives a 10 minute presentation on sustainability at Gonzaga and how employees are asked to participate in our practice of sustainability. The presentation addresses how sustainability is found in our mission, how Gonzaga looks at the definition of sustainability, how we are pursuing climate neutrality through our climate action plan, and how the Office of Sustainability works to advance sustainability through the CREATE Model (Care for Creation, Reflection, Experience, Action, Teaching, and Engagement).
