A brief description of the minimum total compensation provided to the institution’s lowest paid employee or pay grade:
This includes support staff employees who work more than 1,000 hours annually, but no more than 1,769 hours. Regular part-time administrators are employees scheduled to work less than an average of 34 hours per week, but more than 20 hours per week on a sustained basis. The College total compensation includes health, dental etc insurances along with retirement contributions and tuition remission employee dependents who are accepted to the College and also offer various other tuition programs.
