In the "Floor area of building space that was designed and constructed in accordance with green building policies or guidelines but NOT certified" section we chose to include a number of our larger renovations or new construction projects.
In the certified section, we included the College Union Building (CUB) and the Jaeger Center.
For the total of newly constructed or renovated building space we included all spaces that have been certified or were renovated with LEED parameters in mind plus other larger renovations that were undertaken in the last 5 years but did not focus on specific green attribute.
