A brief description of the carbon sinks, including vendor, project source, verification program and contract timeframes (as applicable):

In the performance year the college bought 20,000,000 KWH in certified green power from Carbon Solutions additionally in the previour two years the college had purchased more REC's than needed to cover electric usage and these surpluses were added to cover this years usage.

Performance year Baseline year
Adjusted net GHG emissions 5,792.68 Metric tons of CO2 equivalent 15,235.70 Metric tons of CO2 equivalent

Start and end dates of the performance year and baseline year (or three-year periods):
Performance year Baseline year
Start date June 1, 2021 June 1, 2004
End date May 31, 2022 May 31, 2005

A brief description of when and why the GHG emissions baseline was adopted:

This was one fiscal year removed from the opening of our most energy intensive building on campus, the Science Center.

Adjusted net Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions per unit of EUI-adjusted floor area, performance year:
0.00 MtCO2e per square foot

A brief description of the institution’s GHG emissions reduction initiatives:

The college continues to implement lighting projects and other system upgrades during our annual capital project expenditures and the college is committed to buying off-sets to cover the campus electric usage.

Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

Please note the discrepancy in Gross Scope 2 emissions is that we counted our REC's under carbon offsets rather than as a deduct from scope 2 emissions.
