In the performance year the college bought 20,000,000 KWH in certified green power from Carbon Solutions additionally in the previour two years the college had purchased more REC's than needed to cover electric usage and these surpluses were added to cover this years usage.

Please note the discrepancy in Gross Scope 2 emissions is that we counted our REC's under carbon offsets rather than as a deduct from scope 2 emissions.
