Based on third-party surveys of employee satisfaction, Gettysburg College has been voted one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for the last eight consecutive years. In 2010 the College placed 13th among the top 50 companies and institutions with 250 or more employees. The College is currently working on submitting for 2015

The information gathered from the employee satisfaction survey is given to the President's Council to review and take action if/when necessary.
