A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
As a USG institution, employees (faculty and staff) and their household members have access to the Employee Assistance Program through KEPRO. KEPRO offers referral services as well as up to 4 telephonic counseling sessions/issue. If additional assistance is needed, they will refer the employee to another source. Additionally, employees covered under a USG Health Benefit Plan have access to Accolade, which serves as a personal health assistant. Accolade assists employees with identifying providers covered under the benefits plan, nurse consults, and assistance with managing chronic conditions. Additionally, a variety of wellness resources are available to students.
