The daily custodial services on the Armstrong and Liberty campus are provided by Owens a contracted vendor. They are contracted to have a total of 40 full-time employees and 7 part-time employees. For 43.5 FTE. Two of those employees are making at or greater than $18.48.

The total compensation of the lowest pay band would be 23.46% of the living wage. Additionally, the university provides health insurance coverage, including prescription drug coverage (partially paid by the University), life insurance (paid by the university), retirement contributions at 19.81% of salary, and group rates available for vision, dental, ADD, short-term and long-term disability, pet insurance, etc.
