Data included in this report reflects purchasing for residential dining halls in the month of October 2023, and is the best “snapshot” of current purchasing processes.

Reporting on October 2023 provides a snapshot of realistic spending during regular service months.
The total spend for the month of October included in this report represents the aggregate spend for all campus vendors. However, it's important to note that the inventory data does not encompass all campus vendors, as some were unable to provide data. The available vendor reports cover 86% of our October spending.
