The majority of our new building constructions were designed and buily by Yellowbook standards but were not LEED certified due to Georgia Laws at the time. Yellowbook standards are LEED Silver Minimum standard.
Hence most of our square footage falls into "Designed and built in accordance with a multi-attribute green building code, policy, guideline, or rating system, but not certified/verified"
If we were allowed to certify, our buildings would all fall into minimium "Certified at a step above minimum level under ar 4- or 5-tier, multi-attribute GBC rating system for design and construction (e.g., LEED BD+C Silver)"
