A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Workplace Learning & Professional Development makes virtual and in-person new employee orientation and guidance materials available to 100% of all non-academic staff. Academic faculty orientation programming is supported by the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty. Attending new employee orientation is optional, but all new non-academic staff are invited to attend orientation and are provided with the Resource Guide which contains a link to the office of sustainability's employee orientation webpage on page 9. The employee orientation page provides several ways in which staff can support Georgia Tech's sustainability community. This page provides staff with resources to learn more about how Georgia Tech is approaching sustainability, progress made on campus, and the ways in which staff can get involved.
