American Society of Civil Engineers- ASCE is an organization open to undergraduate and graduate students interested in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Students in ASCE have the opportunity to learn more about the field of civil and environmental engineering and get recruited for internship and full-time opportunities through weekly corporate lunch meetings.

The Campus Kitchen Project- Campus Kitchens is a volunteer organization dedicated to improving sustainability and reducing food waste on campus. They hold multiple weekly volunteering shifts to package leftover dining hall food and pick up excess food from Greek houses, retail locations, and events on campus. Electrify GT- Electrify GT is a student-led campaign for campus electrification at Georgia Tech. We believe that electrification is the fastest, most effective means for reducing campus greenhouse gas emissions, but the cost savings and public health benefits associated with electrification make this issue critical to long- and short-term campus planning at Georgia Tech. Energy Club- The Energy Club is a multidisciplinary club focused on energy education, engineering, and competition. We seek to inspire and prepare the next generation of individuals knowledgeable in the complex energy-related world. Outdoor Recreation- ORGT is a CRC program that has provided high-quality outdoor experiences for Georgia Tech students since 1970! ORGT offers Adventure Trips in several sports, including whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, and mountain biking. All trips are led by skilled Georgia Tech students and alumni, and successful participation in an adventure progression could lead you to one day being an ORGT leader as well. Students Organizing for Sustainability bring sustainability-oriented people together to inspire positive change in the community, with our various events including guest speaker panels and Green Network Meetings. The Community Garden committee runs the Community Garden at Georgia Tech and volunteers with other Atlanta environmental organizations. The Community Garden is located on the east wall of the Instructional Center and north of the Campus Center. Some of the events we host/attend throughout the year include garden workdays (all levels welcome), Trees Atlanta volunteering, de-stress yoga, and sustainable DIY-events. SOS also helps to maintain the rooftop garden at Kendeda. Urban agriculture at Kendeda gives students an opportunity to connect to our food. The Urban Honey Bee Project, developed by Jennifer Leavey, the integrated science curriculum coordinator for the College of Sciences, gives students from all majors an opportunity to conduct their own hive-related research with scientists and students from other disciplines. The Project is a unique interdisciplinary undergraduate research and education program focused on the impact of urban habitats on honeybees. https://bees.gatech.edu

The Nutrients, Energy, and Water Center for Agriculture Technology are committed to developing sustainable nutrient, energy, and water systems. The N.E.W. Starter Bikes is bicycle co-operative shop on GT's campus. Starter Bikes helps people learn how to fix and maintain their bike by providing equitable access to used bikes, parts, and tools. We also have bikes for sale through a raffle system, where we select 5-10 students on Thursdays and notify them to come to Starter Bikes on Friday, although the availability varies with the season. We also partner with numerous Atlanta-based bike repair shops throughout the year, including Intown Bicycles and Earl’s Bike Shop. Sustainable investment and finance

- The Liam's Legacy Symposium honors the memory of Liam Rattray, an outstanding and socially committed Georgia Tech Honors Program student who was tragically killed by a drunk driver just a few weeks after his graduation, in 2011. We mourn his death, but we also celebrate his life in this annual event that carries his name and draws upon his legacy of engagement and activism.

Outdoor Recreation Georgia Tech - ORGT is a community of students, staff, and alumni committed to creating meaningful outdoor adventures for GT students. We are not an outdoor club. We are a team of 240 volunteers & staff who provide the campus with enriching adventure experiences including 120 day and overnight trips, 19 multi-day expeditions each year, and a host of training experiences like kayak roll school, the CRC climbing wall, and Wilderness First Aid classes. We strive to deliver these at the highest levels of the outdoor industry. Trailblazers is an official student organization of the Georgia Institute of Technology. The purpose of Trailblazers is to increase student and faculty appreciation for the outdoors through trail adventure and exploration. The Trailblazers Executive Committee coordinates trips combining environmental service projects with outdoor recreation to allow participants to build new friendships while serving and learning about the environment. All Georgia Tech undergraduate and graduate students (members and non-members), along with faculty and staff, are eligible to participate on Trailblazers outdoor service and adventure trips.
