1. Project-Based Learning & Sustainability – Georgia Tech Professional Education: The Sustainable Healthy Cities project (SHC) provides K-12 teachers the opportunity to learn how project-based inquiry learning (PBIL) is transforming classroom learning. The SHC is a network of scientists, industry leaders, and policy partners committed to building better cities of the future through innovations in infrastructure design, technology, and policy. SHC seeks to engage K-12 teachers and students as a part of this mission.
2. 50001 Certified Practitioner in Energy Management Systems (50001 CP EnMS): The 50001 Certified Practitioner in Energy Management Systems (50001 CP EnMS) provides critical technical assistance to industrial and commercial facilities that want to implement an energy management system that conforms to ISO 50001. The 50001 CP EnMS has the expertise to assist organizations to implement best practices in energy management that conform to ISO 50001. Also, the 50001 CP EnMS assists with developing energy performance indicators (EnPI) and baselines that allow a facility to track its performance improvement and develop best practices in incorporating metrics.
3. Better Energy Performance Measurement (ENER 3116P): Interested in how to identify better methods for energy performance? Better Energy Performance Measurement utilizes Microsoft Excel and regression analysis to show how statistics can be used as a reliable resource for energy practices and projects.
4. Energy 101: The Big Picture (DL 0002M): Energy is used every moment to improve the quality of our lives. The Energy 101 course develops the big-picture outlook, connecting the details of energy use, technology, infrastructure, impact, and the future.
5. Fundamentals Concepts for Energy Management (ENER 3108P): This pre-course offering for the Certified Practitioner in Energy Management Systems (CP EnMS) is designed to assist Energy Auditors with the energy and energy systems basics, as well as the mathematical operations and calculations, which are necessary to be successful on the CP EnMS Exam
6. ISO 50001 Energy Lead Auditor Training (ENER 3100P): This course will prepare you to take the ISO 50001 Auditor Personnel Certification Exam, administered by the Institute for Energy Management Professionals (IEnMP).
7. Modern Energy Management Systems (ELEC 3504P): In this course, explore the design principles and practical applications of modern energy management systems, Independent System Operators (ISOs), and Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs). You will examine hardware, software, communications, and user interfaces.
8. Pre-Course for ENER 3100P: Introduction to ISO 50001 + Basic Energy (ENER 3200P)
9. Pre-Course for ENER 3101P: Certified Practitioner in Energy Management Systems (ENER 3201P)
10. Renewable Energy Systems (ENER 2010P): The demand for companies to incorporate green energy into their buildings and facilities continues to grow, and for good reason! A facility that can develop a renewable energy management system benefits from energy independence and reduces its long-term energy costs.
11. Superior Energy Performance (SEP) Performance Verifier Training (ENER 3107P): This four-week online course will prepare you to become a Superior Energy Performance (SEP) Performance Verifier. You will learn how to apply energy-efficiency engineering and statistics to the functions of a performance verifier to consistently and fairly assess plant energy performance
12. Understanding ISO 50001-2018+ Basic Energy (ENER 3102P): This online course is the pre-requisite for ENER 3100P – ISO 50001 Energy Lead Auditor Training. The Basic Energy course provides you with foundational energy management terminology and concepts.
13. Air Sampling Fundamentals for the Workplace (EST 7009P): This one-day course will provide an opportunity for both general industry and construction businesses to learn about and explore the available strategies for workplace air monitoring.
