Dining Services has indicated they would purchase on-campus organic gardens if the students will keep them updated on what is available. Until this year, the student gardens were small and used primarily by the students who were the gardeners. This year, campus has provided space for a new, larger program of 10 raised beds. The garden is too new to provide items for dining services at this time.
