A brief description of the incentives or programs:
Georgia Tech provides fare-free transit service to several adjacent neighborhoods as well as the nearest MARTA train station (Midtown Station). Both of these transit options, in conjunction with the cost of parking on campus, encourage and incentivize employees and students to live within close proximity to our campus transit system. Georgia Tech Family Housing also provides on-campus housing to faculty and staff and campus transit provides service to this apartment facility.
