A brief description of the technology used:

Current LED use is limited to where it is cost effective. This is primarily in hard to reach areas such as vaulted (high) ceilings, in 60 watt down canister light fixtures, study desks, and demonstration projects.

LED street lights are in use on the most used street on campus. Task lighting in the library and some researcher desks also include LED lighting. The plaza outside the College of Management Building has LED lighting in the ground plane.
