Does the institution offer diverse, complete-protein vegan dining options during every meal?:
A brief description of the vegan dining program:
We documented our vegan dining options on campus and helped make students aware of the vegan and vegetarian options available by venue. Most importantly, we also learned our dining staff was willing to work with us to meet special dietary needs, including being vegetarian and vegan.
