A brief description of the policies and/or programs:
Georgia Tech encourages faculty and staff to consider whether on not a trip is necessary. When other options are available and would suffice, such as conference calling, webinars, etc., use of the alternatives is encouraged. The results of fewer trips include reduced emissions from air travel.
