A brief description of the institution’s main campus and other aspects of the institutional boundary used to complete this report:
The main campus of Georgia College is a four-block square (19 acres) adjacent to downtown Millledgeville. Nearby is a 29-acre unit with housing, athletic, and administrative facilities. Also nearby the main campus are another 30 sites which were previously private or public residences and are now owned and operated by the university as offices,museums, classrooms, laboratories, or parking areas. One mile west of main campus is our West Campus, a 303-acre facility with housing, recreation, and office space. There are three additional sites outside of town, totaling 122 acres, dedicated to unique programming.
