Rural Studies Institute

The Rural Studies Institute was announced in early 2020 to increase our institutional involvement with building sustainable rural communities in Georgia and throughout the Southeast. The institute is building momentum as a resource for rural residents, so that they can improve connectivity, healthcare, and productivity. The institute focuses on four areas: health, education, economic opportunity, and environment.
