A brief description of the assessment process and the framework, scorecard(s) and/or tool(s) used:
A panel of faculty and staff were part of the MSSC assessment team along with an external consultant who met with and interviewed MSSC staff, students, facuty and staff who engage and particpate in MSSC programming. An external consultant met with and interviewed faculty, DSS staff and students who receive services from DSS. Feedback from these assessments will be used to improve upon and/or develop office protocols, procedures to improve upon the services and programming for the GW community.

ODECE conducted office assessments for the MSSC and office for DSS. Feedback from these assessments will be used to improve upon and/or develop office protocols, procedures to improve upon the services and programming for the GW community.
