A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Sustainability is integrated into the culture and practices of GW. Staff are encouraged to take advantage of benefits that encourage a sustainable lifestyle while promoting health, wellness, and balance between work and home life. At their new-employee orientation, staff are briefed on these benefits, including bike shares and Smart Benefits which incentivizes taking public transportation.
