A brief description of the certificate program(s):
Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer Certification: In partnership with a broad array of industry, government, and educational leaders in this field, this program will offer hands-on opportunities to create high-functioning DEI programs or evaluate existing ones, develop additional approaches and structures, and measure progress through the lens of all stakeholders with an eye toward anticipating rather than reacting to changes in this area. Finally, this program will assist participants in growing both a DEI culture and continued positive business outcomes.
Facilities Management Certificate: The Facility Management Certificate (10 course program) is an assessment-based program designed to expand on the foundations of facility management and create well-rounded, and knowledgeable professionals. Mason has taught Facility Management courses for over 20 years and continue to update the materials to reflect industry best practices and competencies. Each course is taught by trained, industry practitioners, and experienced teachers. Mason's emphasis on attendance and participation will give students the understanding, confidence, and skills needed to be a successful facility professional in the workplace.
