Signed locations on the Fairfax campus include pollinator gardens, over 100 specimens in the Mason Arboretum, a Wetland Mesocosm, the Innovation Food Forest, Piedmont Rain Garden, and the Exploratory Hall Green Roof.

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:

The interactive ArcGIS map highlights the sustainable features on Mason's Fairfax Campus. It includes hydration stations, waste/recycling/composting stations, pollinator gardens, vegetable gardens and other food-producing sites, bicycling, living lab sites, and more.

University Sustainability also developed and led sustainability walking tours during Earth Month 2022, and continues to offer them on occasion or by request.

Tabling/kiosking takeaways and materials (zero waste, composting, Fill It Forward), the Plastics Free Mason Civic Fellows tri-fold and in-person engagement and classroom presentations, Patriot Packout (donations, redistribution, sustainability), Patriot Pantry 9/11 Day of Service food donation campaign; revamp and relaunch of Green Residence Initiative
