A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
he previous employee satisfaction survey has been evolved to measure employee engagement which not only looks at an employees overall satisfaction with their work environment but also their level of commitment to provide discretionary effort which connects to productivity and results. The survey asks questions related to Student Focus, Resources and Support, Feedback and Recognition, Communication and Career Development.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
The institution looks at what the employees say and put in place action plans, both at a college level, and at an institutional level to address the feedback. For example, employees indicated deep dissatisfaction with how technology enables their work. The College made a significant investment in assessing needs, and fixing issues.
