A brief description of when and why the GHG emissions baseline was adopted:
Greenhouse emissions tracking was started by the College as part of its Green Plan Phase 1 initiative beginning with historical tracking in the fiscal year of 2006-07. This baseline formed the foundation against which the College's Green Plan I goals and subsequent green Plan 2 goals were set.
