A brief description of the institution’s participation in an external network of anchor institutions:
“George Brown College is a founding member of AnchorTO, a network of major public sector institutions in Toronto who are working collaboratively to develop social procurement practices within their respective institutions. The college supports these efforts through it’s sustainability strategy which commits to embed sustainability into the procurement processes to enable the College to effect a positive environmental and socio-economic impact.
