This is the statement that the College has used in some tenders: Item 12 Fair Wages The Contractor must pay and ensure that all sub-contractors thereof pay every worker employed in the execution of this contract not less than the rate of wages for each class of work as set out in the schedule of wage rates issued by the Manager, Fair Wage Office of the City of Toronto, as amended from time to time.
