A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:

As part of the New Employee Orientation, all new employees receive an introduction to the College's Green Team, its objectives and Green plan goals. During the orientation session member of the Green Team are present to raise awareness of the College's sustainability initiatives and answer any questions that new employees may have.

The Staff Handbook also includes a section which outlines the College's Green Plan programs and summarizes how employees can contribute to the College's sustainability and environmental stewardship goals.
