In 2022, Furman completed our first Green Globes certified building, serving as the template for 10 additional identical building renovations:

To date, the five following North Village Buildings have been completed to the same standard, but not certified:

- North Village Apartment E
- North Village Apartment F
- North Village Apartment G
- North Village Apartment H
- North Village Apartment I
- North Village Apartment K
In 2024 the old Blackwell Hall, now called Lakeview Hall was constructed to Green Globe standards.
