Gallup Survey is emailed to all employees every year.

"On behalf of Furman University, Gallup is pleased to invite you to participate in the 2021 Furman-Gallup Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey. Your answers will remain completely confidential throughout the survey collection and analysis process. Results of the survey are reported at workgroup levels. Results of workgroups with fewer than five respondents will be combined and reported with the next level. Individual responses are never reported."

In 2021, Gallup received responses from 777 faculty and staff, representing a 74% response rate.
