A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction:
The campus participates in the Chronicle of Higher Education’s Great Place to Work employee satisfaction survey annually. The campus received honorary recognition status in 2012 for four consecutive years of Great Colleges To Work For by our faculty and staff. Additionally, a publication put out by the Chronicle of Higher Education named a total of 103 colleges and universities in a list, and Furman was among 30 colleges named to the “Honor Roll.”
