A brief description of the assessment process and the framework, scorecard(s) and/or tool(s) used:
The Fullerton College Diversity Committee was approved to use the USC Race and Equity Center Leadership Alliance's NACCC survey in the Fall of 2020 to assess the racial climate on campus.

This assessment was only run to address student outcomes related to diversity, equity, and success. An employee assessment is planned at this time, but is still in development.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
The Fullerton College Diversity Committee and SEAC have started taking steps to implement findings from the NACCC survey results. The Pathways Steering Committee (PSC), which oversees campus work on Guided Pathways, was given recommendations based on this survey about POC not feeling as comfortable or welcome on campus as other students. Instructional success teams, one per division, were created to help faculty analyze their classrooms to be more inclusivity-minded.

Yes

A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:
The inquiry group which conducted the NACCC survey submitted a summary report to the President's Advisory Committee, which heads and directs the campus leadership, as well as the other committees. The survey report is attached in the section below.
