Does the institution limit free printing for students in all computer labs and libraries?:
Yes

None
A brief description of how printing is limited:
To date, printing has been limited in two ways: 1). All printers have been set to duplex printing (double-sided) which has greatly reduced the number of pages being printed by each student. 2). Many color printers throughout the campus are setup to charge students for this service. Because the university is phasing in the charge for printing, not all color printers have been setup to force a charge. Black and White printers are currently not setup to charge for printing, however, the system is installed and configured on all printers. Plans are being made to begin charging students for all printing in August 2012.
