A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
The institution provides faculty and staff with exercise programs and workshops/seminars. Every member of staff and faculty have access through an employee assistance program (EAP). This includes a 24/7 hotline available to all employees and family members. Through this, they have access to help with parent/adult care, counseling, and legal matters. This program is very broad and conventional.
Students have access to on-site counseling through a local Colony Care site. There are also gyms for public use, go-bikes, and access to nearby Babson College's facilities.
