Optional Fields

Has the institution made a formal commitment to pay a living wage?:
No

A copy or brief description of the institution’s written policy stating its commitment to a living wage:
Not a formal commitment, but Olin has begun looking at faculty salaries very closely and made adjustments based off of research. This is based off of what the top 10 schools, prestigious and equivalent to our level compensate their professors.
Olin has also begun going through an analysis of staff salaries. A third party looked at every job description and met with all of the managers to discuss every single position.
Olin is in the process of forming a pay philosophy. In terms of pay for staff, we like to be in the 50th percentile. Olin would like to make changes to that, since it hasn’t been looked at in years.
