In May 2020, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Working Group created and sent out a Belonging Survey to employees and students. It gathered both qualitative and quantitative data, which was used to benchmark DEI on campus and find areas for improvement.

Olin recently became a Charter Member of SEA Change (https://seachange.aaas.org/) and intends to use the survey results to engage in a self-study and action plan through the SEA Change award system.

Yes

A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:
There were two Zoom report-out sessions where the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Working Group presented the results to students (the first was for quantitative data, and the second for qualitative). The Zoom recording and slides were emailed to all of the students after the last session.
