Olin recently hired a new Interim Director for Student Equity and Access, who will work closely with the DEI-facing Graduate Hall Director on student programming and be involved in strategic decisions. The Title IX Coordinator will continue to work with them.
The Disability Services Office works with students who have a wide range of disabilities to provide the needed accommodations.
Additionally, a DEI Working Group, comprised of the student DEI person (before leaving in June 2021), an Associate Dean of the faculty, and the Director of HR, operate as a DEI entity. This group created, disseminated, and analyzed a Belonging Survey to bench mark employee and student experiences at Olin.

All students are required to attend the Olin First Year Introduction (OFYI), where there is a diversity assignment that all students must complete, as well as discussions of diversity. Also, all first year students complete a number of trainings at the beginning of the year, including a diversity and inclusion training.
