Jeremy Goodman sent out an additional module to the NSSE standard survey titled Topical Module: Inclusiveness and Engagement with Cultural Diversity (Experimental Version).

The process is pretty new and the administration has used the data and graduation rates to assess where we are and where we'd like to be as a campus community. This has helped make decisions like hiring a Director of Diversity and Inclusion. It is also used to develop a new assessment plan and develop programming and education.
