Description of the methodology used to gather data about student commuting:

We sent a short survey to the entire student body and faculty/staff to gather information about how people commute to campus. We got 53 student responses, about 12.8% of the student body. 45 out of those 53 students said that they walk to campus as their primary mode of transportation. The second most common mode of transportation for students is taking public buses. The sample included students from all grade levels and those living in different parts of campus.

Description of the methodology used to gather data about employee commuting:

We sent a short survey to the entire student body and faculty/staff to gather information about how people commute to campus. We got 37 employee responses, with 15 faculty and 22 staff responses. 70.3% of the employees use walking as their primary mode of commuting to and around campus.
