A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
Franklin’s Food Service prioritizes buying local or organic foods, namely fruits, vegetables, most meats, pastas, and breads.
Franklin also promotes the use of reusable containers, such as SIGG bottles, for purchasing beverages in its dining halls.
