11.1 Student wellbeing and assistance programs

Men’s Health is about the care and treatment of health concerns unique to being male. University Health Services provides evaluation and treatment for sexual health issues such as HIV testing along with check-up, diagnosis and treatment of STI’s.
Women's Health Care services are available for all female students at the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses five days per week by appointment.
Services include:
- Routine gynecological examinations
- Pap smears
- Sexual transmitted infections testing
- Pregnancy testing.

SWIPE Out Hunger Program: Students are able to fill out a Guest Meal Donation Form, providing Campus Ministry with details about the student’s Fordham account and the number of guest meals they want to donate. Campus Ministry collects the donated meal swipes and manages their distribution to students in need.

Smoking Policy
It shall be the policy of Fordham University to regulate smoking of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes. In accordance with New York State law, smoking is prohibited inside all buildings. By definition, this prohibition includes classrooms, residence halls, auditoriums, hallways, stairwells, elevators, lobbies, building entryways, terraces, churches, gymnasiums, and health care facilities, as well as the public and private areas. Additionally, smoking is not permitted within fifty feet of the entrances or exits of any university owned or leased on campus and off campus buildings and facilities. Violation of this policy may subject students to University sanctions and other fines. Please see the Office of Residential Life handbook for the campus for additional information.
