Yes

Narrative and/or website URL providing an overview of the institution’s surplus food donation program:

Ram Hospitality is committed to positively impacting our local community through ongoing donations to the POTS BRONX-Help & Hope organization.
They donate fresh ingredients such as produce, dairy, and shelf-stable grocery items throughout the year. The dates of donations may vary but usually coincide with university breaks.

Fordham works with Aramark for its dining services. Aramark is a U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Loss and Waste 2030 Champion and we signed the Pacific Coast Food Waste Commitment. In addition, Aramark has been a member of the Food Waste Reduction Alliance, an industry collaboration focused on reducing waste and finding ways to donate or recycle unavoidable food waste, for nearly a decade.
