A brief description of the time period from which the figures reported above are drawn (i.e. one-year time period or representative sample):

One year, from July 1, 2017-June 30, 2018.

In previous years, the Office of Business Services (OBS) purchased paper for the university in bulk. As other vendors started offering rates that competed with the state contract, most departments purchased paper independently. OBS has discontinued the paper purchasing program and no longer tracks the university paper purchasing. Currently, many FSU departments and offices utilize Office Depot for paper purchasing. The figures above include data from Office Depot along with remaining paper purchases through OBS.
