Our sustainable food and beverage purchasing program is linked to Fresh Point and Sysco. We use Fresh Point, which is a local distribution center in Orlando, Fl. We order through them for all of our produce throughout the state of Florida and South Georgia.

A brief description of the methodology used to track/inventory sustainable food and beverage purchases:
We track our sustainable food purchases in two different ways. First at the campus level where we identify during each meal period, what is sustainable and/or local, so our customers can chose for themselves. On a national level, we have tracking throughout all of our restaurants to see what food is being bought and where it is coming from.
