A brief description of the methodology used to track/inventory sustainable food and beverage purchases:
We track our sustainable food purchases in two different ways. First at the campus level where we identify during each meal period, what is sustainable and/or local, so our customers can chose for themselves. On a national level, we have tracking throughout all of our restaurants to see what food is being bought and where it is coming from.
