During the 2011 legislative session, FSU's lobbyist advocated for HB 7151, Postsecondary Education which provides that a university or college system institution may dispose of or make use of the unclaimed lost or abandoned property in a manner that best meets the
needs of the university and its students.
This provision will allow for a recycled bicycle program to be used on the FSU campus.
